Kuromi-Themed 7th Birthday Celebration – How Much It Costs in the Philippines and the Lessons We Learned

So last May 25, we celebrated my little Princess’s 7th birthday. Her initial request was a Roblox-themed party, but a few months before her birth month, she suddenly had a change of heart and chose Kuromi instead.

As much as we wanted to make it extra memorable for her, we weren’t able to hire a photographer and videographer since the catering and venue costs were higher than what we expected. But if you’re also planning a Kuromi-themed party for your little girl and are located here in Angono, I’ll be breaking everything down for you later in this post.

The Venue

For the venue, we chose the Day Tour package of Cidnyland Farm and Resort in Angono – since we are located there. It was spacious, and it was perfect for our planned event, a traditional 7th Birthday for a little girl with 7 programs and a pool party for the guests after. The venue is complete with lodging, with an al fresco patio, a wide kiddie and adult pool, a barbecue area, shower area, an additional kubo, and if you have more than a hundred guests, they have a dedicated events place as well.

The Inflatable Playground

We also rented an inflatable playground from Inflatable by Saints. They were very friendly, accommodating and easy to transact with. They even arrived hours before the actual event to set up the inflatables and have everything ready before the guests arrived.

The only thing I miscalculated about this inflatable we chose was the size. There wasn’t any other spot in the venue where it could fit in except for that area, which was originally intended as an extra space for the tables and chairs. Because of this, the actual event area ended up being a bit cramped and crowded. 😅

The Catering and Event Organizer

Now for the Event Organizer, we had Bhernius Events and Party Needs to set everything else up for us including the hosts/clowns, the party games, the program, the cake, the giveaways/loot bags, the photobooth (With A Smile Photobooth & Photoman PH) and etc. They were also the ones we booked during the trolls-themed first birthday of our little girl, so we already trust the quality of their services and they did not disappoint. 🤗

We decided to have a traditional 7th Birthday program so that my daughter gets to have a semi-debut she could treasure and remember as she grows up. We planned and saved up for this event and we are so grateful that we were able to let our daughter experience it.

Here are some of the highlights of the program that took place during my little girl’s birthday party:

The Actual Breakdown of the Cost

Venue: Php 18,200.00

Cidnyland Resort (Day Tour) – Php 9,000 + additional Php 9,200 (because we exceeded the # of pax)

Catering + Cake + Loot Bags + Hosts/Clown + Party Games and Program: Php 65,750.00

Bhernius Events and Party Needs – Php 22,000 (downpayment) + Php 29,050 (balance payment) + additional Php 14,700 (because we exceeded the # of pax)

Inflatable Playground – Php 4,900.00

Inflatable by Saints – Php 4,000 + 900 delivery fee

Additional Food: Php 5,500.00 + Php 650.00 = Php 6,150.00

JIM’S Kitchen – Antipolo Main Branch and Jayla Food House – Good for 30 pax because we felt we needed extra food for the guests (and I definitely guessed right) 😅

Cotton Candy Souvenirs: Php 1,250.00

Sweet Treats by: Zia – This is a very cute & affordable souvenir, and they delivered it right on time 🤗

Prizes + Other Pool Toys: Php 5,000.00

I actually included cash prizes on the party games so teens and adults could also join in. I also bought and prepared some water guns plus other toys to make the pool party much more enjoyable for the kids.

Total Cost: Php 101,250

The invitations, chip bags and ref magnets – are all designed and provided by yours truly and our small family business, so we didn’t actually count it on the total cost. 🤗

CONCLUSION:

Some of the additional expenses we had were due to a few things we overlooked—especially the number of guests we invited. Thankfully, we prepared extra food ahead of time for any just-in-case moments 😅. If you’re planning a similar event, it’s always best to set aside a buffer in your budget to cover unexpected costs.

Overall, we had a great experience with the party suppliers we mentioned above, and we’d definitely consider working with them again for future events. That said, we’re still open to recommendations! If you know any reliable event organizers or party suppliers, feel free to share them in the comments. I’d love to hear from you! ✨
